It all started on October 31st…on a whim.
Had seen a house online, scheduled a showing, the realtor of the listing suggested we see a couple others as well.
Were we seriously looking to move? I guess so, there were a few steps we missed…
Joe was recommended to us by Joelle, an amazing mortgage specialist - how prefect as he works for our current banking institution.

Joelle came to see our house, brought in Pillows and Paintings to help with staging prior to listing - what a whirlwind week of painting, cleaning, organizing, and moving items into storage.
Getting excited to see a house only to have it sell prior, was defeating. But Joelle was always so supportive.

We hit the market, had multiple showings which brought multiple offers - Joelle guided us through and secured us the best offer and we were officially sold in just under a week!
